Abstrak
The aim of this research is to assest the relationship between motivation and prestation of employee at PT.Bank Mega, Tbk cabang Warung Buncit. Sampel include 46 employees population. Motivation as explanatory variable and prestation of employees as explained variable. Indicators of each variables explored by Likert scale, and methods of analysis are correlation coefficient and correlation coefficient t test. Result of analysis show there are positively strong relationship between motivation and prestation of employees. It was proved by correlation coefficient 0.707. Meanwhile base on t test that correlation coefficient significantly at confidence level 95%. Beside that motivation strength points of employees prestation are employees honesty and the power of keeping in brand image of corporate.
